hi! karanbir this recipe is authentic ,but you can add curd ,so also dissolve the gramflour[besan] in curd add water , so this known as rajasthani gatta curry!!!
Hi Mariya, thanks for the recipe, I did try it but as soon as I added the curd to the dish in step 6, it curdled up into small white pieces & the whole gravy turned very watery instead of being thick. Any reasons what could have caused that? Was it because we added green chillies in step 5?

hi mariya your recipe is yummy if u add some poppy seeds n onion chopped green chilly to the gram flour n then boil after boiling cut into slices n fry the gattas just try the vegetable that way i hope u will like it
