Ingredients
vegetarian
2 servings
2 cup chana daal
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
handful chopped fresh coriender
salt to taste
1 tsp green chilly paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 big chopped red onion
pinch of baking soda
1 tsp lemon juice
oil to fry
Directions
soak chana daal for 5-6 hours or overnight.
Drain water from it & grind it from grinder.
Now mix above mentioned ingredients(except oil & soda) with ground daal.
Keep mixture aside for half an hour.
heat a pan with a oil, take 2 tsp of oil from the pan & add it in to the daal mixture, add baking soda, mix it with help of spoon.
Fry the pakode with regular method.
Serve hot with tamarind or tomato souce.
