Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup cottage cheese/paneer
    • 2 onions
    • 2 tomatoes
    • 4-5 cashew nuts
    • 10-12 garlic
    • 2 green chillies
    • 2 tsp red chilly power
    • salt to taste
    • 1/4 tsp orange colour
    • 2 tsp of oil

    Directions

    1. Marinate the cottage cheese in garlic and green chilly paste nd add d orange colour to it. Keep it for minimum 20 mins.
    2. take 1 tsp of oil add chopped onions cook it till it turns brown.
    3. add chopped tomatoes and cook for another 4-5 mins.
    4. remove d mixture in a plate and let it cool.
    5. take the mixture in a grinder add cashew nuts nd make a paste.(add little water ).
    6. take a pan nd heat 1/2 tsp of oil add red chilly powder in the oil nd then add this paste let it cook for3-4 min
    7. add the marinated cottage cheese.
    8. let it cook on sim for 8-10 mins.
    9. serve hot with nan.

    I just want to ask you that you will not add any masala in this recipe?Like garam masala .........
