- 1 tsp kasoori methi
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- salt - to taste

grind into a smooth paste: (onion paste)

- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tsp garam masala
grind into a smooth paste : (tomato paste)
- 2 tomatoes (small)
- 1 tbsp cashewnuts
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
