Ingredients
vegetarian 6 servings
ripe banana - 1 no (1 cm sized cubs)
seedless grapes - 1 bunch (cut into halves)
ripe (firm) mango - 1 no (1 cm sized cubes)
jack fruit - 10 no.s (cut into 1 cm pieces)
apple - 1 no (1 cm cubed pieces)
ghee - 1 cup
honey - 2tbsp
jaggery - 1 cup (crushed)
cardamom powder - 1 tsp
for garnishing:
cleaned raisins - 1 handful
dates - 10 no.s (chopped)
cherries - 5 no.s (chopped)
cashews - 15 no.s(crushed)
Directions
clean and cut the first five fruits , add honey and cardamom powder . mix well and keep aside.
take a pan and heat ghee.Add crushed cashews and raisins. then add jaggery .heat till jaggery melts and then add fruit mixture to it .mix for 2 mins .then turn off the heat.
garnish with cherries and dates.
Tasty Panchamirtha Fruit Salad is ready to be served.
