Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
2 Cups Boiled Basmati Rice
Capsicum(lengthwise sliced) - 250 gms
Dania Powder,coarsely grounded - 1 tbsp
Sambar Powder - 1/2 tbsp
Red Chilli(don't break) - 2 nos.
Cumin seeds(Jeera) - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Salt,to taste
Oil - 1/2 tbsp
Directions
Heat oil in a kadai and splutter cumin seeds.
Add lengthwise sliced capsicum and Turmeric and Red chilli.Fry till glassy.
Add Sambar powder and coarsely grounded dania powder and Salt to taste.
