1 handful Raisins (clean and soaked in hot water for 5 mins)
2 tsp Honey
1 cup yoghurt (not curd) (optional)
a pinch saffron
3 ice cubes
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
2 scoops vanila or butterscotch ice-cream
2 tsp sugar
5 cashews
5 almonds (soaked and peeled)
1 tsp ginger juliens (optional)
Directions
Blend the apples with the milk or soyamilk first then add dates,raisins,yoghurt, honey, sugar, ice-cream of your choice,cashews,almonds, ice cubes and blend well
Pour this milkshake into 2 glasses.
Top it with ginger juliens and green-cardamom powder.
Refrigerate for 30 mins only. This will taste good if served after 30 mins (not after that).
