this is healthy and childres favourite attractive food to send with lunch,easy to prepare too

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 small onion chopped
    • 2 tbsp chopped green capsicum
    • 2 tbsp chopped red capsicum(optional)
    • 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum(optional)
    • 1/2 cup diced mushroom
    • few  paneer pieces chopped
    • 4 tbsp cooked corn kernels
    • few drops of lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
    • some chopped coriander leaves
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp chat masala
    • foil paper needed to make packets
    • if u wish u can add some chopped carrots, few pineapple pices, and avacado pieces


    1. First chopp all the veges and keep a side
    2. Take a wide bowl add all the ingredients and toss it
    3. Take enough foil papper to make pocket
    4. To make packet fold the foil into two ,then fold at the sides in such a way to make pocket ,leave one end open to fill the stuff
    5. now fill the stuff and pack that end too
    6. now veg packet is ready
    7. now take a pan and heat it,when it becomes hot place the packets and close with the lid and cook for 2 to 3 mins in medium flame
    8. then toss it up and cook for another 2 mins
    9. now the pocketfull of vegetables are ready to eat
    10. just u can send this packet along with aspoon for kids for lunch they like to eat with spoon from this packet.
