Tandoori King Prawns

King Prawns – delicately spiced and grilled.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 10 no.sking prawns
    • 1 cup plain yoghurt
    • 1 green chilly
    • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp cummin powder
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice
    • 2 tsp cooking oil

     

    Directions

    1. Remove shells and clean the prawns.
    2. wash with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt(1 tsp).
    3. Take a bowl, mix together the prawns and all the other spices.no need for marination.
    4. The prawns should be grilled for about five minutes, turning them once.
    5. Serve hot with tomato ketch up
