Lamb Brain Curry

Lamb brain cooked with spices

Lamb Brain cooked in less spices and this one will look little green in colour since no chilli powder is used.u can do this dish in 6 mins.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 250 gm lamb brain- cut into pieces
    • 1 tbsp refined oil
    • 2 tsp salt - to taste
    • chopped coriander leaves
    • 2 tsp ground spices -(1 onion,2 tsp fennel seeds with 3  no.s green chillies)
    • 1 tsp ginger- garlic paste
    • 1/4 cup water

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a pan.
    2. Add ground spices,onion paste,ginger garlic paste,chopped coriander leaves,lamb brain and salt.
    3. Add water and cook in spices.
    4. when done turn off the flame.
    5. Lamb brain curry is ready.
    6. Serve it hot with rice and chapathi,idli and dosa.
