Dhania chicken

It's an excellent blend of moghalai and chinese

It's delicious and can be served with paratha,naan or rice

Ingredients non vegetarian 8 servings

  • 1 no. Chicken, whole(preferrably drumsticks)
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, big
  • 1 no. Tomato, hot ketchup (small bottle)
  • 100 gms. Butter

Ginger-garlic paste-2tbsp Powdered cashewnuts,almonds and pistachios-1 cup For garnishing:potato wafers-50 gms.


  1. Take a large vessel,add all the ingredients to it,mix well and keep aside for 1 hour.
  2. Then cover the vessel and cook on slow flame till chicken is done.
  3. Keep stirring occasionally so that it does not stick to the bottom of the vessel.
  4. Serve hot garnished with crushed potato wafers
