- Soak Urad Dal for 3 hrs
- In a grinder grind the dal nicely.
- Now take the batter in a vessel and add ragi powder,salt and mix well.
- Now the batter is ready to make Dosa.
- Enjoy it with coconut chutney.
Note: If you are grinding urdal dal in a mixie then add only 2 cups of ragi powder
