Healthier Dosa

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 cup of Urad Dal
    • 3 cups of Ragi Powder
    • Salt to taste



    1. Soak Urad Dal for 3 hrs
    2. In a grinder grind the dal nicely.
    3. Now take the batter in a vessel and add ragi powder,salt and mix well.
    4. Now the batter is ready to make Dosa.
    5. Enjoy it with coconut chutney.

    Note: If you are grinding urdal dal in a mixie then add only 2 cups of ragi powder
