Ingredients

4 servings
1/2 cup Coconut
5o gms Ginger,peeled & grated
marble sized Tamarind
1 tsp mustard
2 tsp urad dal
1 tsp Chana dal
2 Red chilli
1 green chilli
salt as per taste
2 tsp gingely Oil
Directions
Heat oil in a kadai and roast chana dal,1 tsp of urad dal,red chilli and ginger.cool it for sometime.
Then grind them in the mixie by adding coconut,green chilli,tamarind & salt into coarse paste without adding water.
Heat 1 tsp oil and splutter mustard and add urad dal and take it when it becomes light brown.
manga inji thogayal is ready.Such a tasty thogayal.Serve with rice and gingely oil.
