Directions
- Take a large bowl add besan,bajra,chillipowder,baking soda,hing,salt and mix with enough water.make like dosa batter.
- Heat oil in a deep kadai and once it is hot,dip the cauliflower florets well so that its coated on all sides.
- Deep fry in oil till it turns golden colour and crispy.repeat other side.
- Drain it in paper towel.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
Note:can replace rice flour instead of bajra.but i put bajra only.even for ribbon bakoda i use bajra.
