One of my all time favourite
3 Big size Amla(gooseberry)
¼ cup grated coconut
4-5 green chillies(can add or reduce according to taste)
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
¼ tsp mustard seeds
1 cup of thick curd
Remove seed from amla and chop it.
Now grind amla,green chillies and coconut.
Add this mixture to curd and mix well
Heat oil in a kahadai and add mustard seeds to it and allow it to splutter.
Now add this to the pachadi.
Add salt 5 mins before serving.
This pachadi goes very well with Toovar dal rice(paruppu chadam).
