1 cup Paneer pieces
1/2 cup tomato paste with 1 tsp fennel seeds, 2 sambar onions, 3 whole red chillies, 1 cm ginger piece and 2 garlic flakes
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp refined oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp ghee
Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the paneer pieces for 2 mins.keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and fry cumin seeds,then tomato paste and salt for 3-4 mins.
Add the fried paneer pieces and cook for 3 more mins.
That's all . Serve hot with rice or chapathis.
