Make use of left over rice and get a different taste.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 3 Cups cooked rice
    • 2 Onions sliced
    • 2-3 Tomatoes chopped
    • ½ tsp jeera
    • 1-2 Green chilies
    • 1 tsp Red chilies powder
    • 1 tsp Coriander powder
    • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Coriander leaves


    1. Take oil in pan add jeera and green chilies.
    2. Now add onions cook well, add tomatoes, salt, red chilies, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
    3. Cook well till tomatoes get soft and oil show. Now add cooked rice stir well, sprinkle some water close the lid and cook for 2-3 min.
    4. Add coriander leave and serve hot with fried potatoes or any ratia.

    This is as same as tomato rice. You can add some garlic cinnamon to it. I hope it taste better.
