Carrot Salad

If u feel like eating in between,u can have this salad.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 Carrots
    • 1 tsp Mustard
    • 1 green chilli big
    • 1/2 tsp oil
    • 1/4 tsp hing
    • Salt,to taste
    • 1/2 lemon
    • cilantro 2 sprigs(optional)

    Directions

    1. Wash and peel the skin of carrots.Grate them.
    2. Heat oil and crackle mustard,Hing and green chilli.
    3. Add this to the grated carrots and add salt.
    4. Squeeze lemon according to ur taste.
    5. Healthy carrot salad is ready.

    Note:squeeze lemon just before serving.

    Hi Rajeshari, I love this salad----add 1\2 t.sp. of methi(fenugreek)seeds in tadka---it gives nice achari flavour
