- 3 cups rice (socked for 15 min)
- ½ kg Skinless and boneless Chicken
- 5-6 Tomatoes (grinded)
- 1 tsp Red chilies
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Garam Masala
- Coriander leaves
- 3-4 tbsp oil
a) Grind the following and keep aside
- 2 tbsp Khas Khas
- Salt to taste
- Full garam masala (ilichi, long, etc.)
- 1 tsp Red chilies
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
b) Grind these seperately and keey aside
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ cup coconut (fresh or dry)
- 2-3 Green chilies
- Coriander leaves
