soak urad dal along with coriander and jeera seeds for 3-4 hrs, then grind it smooth add rice powder, jowar, beasan, chilly powder, salt and grated onion, with the help of water knead the dough ( like chappati) and let it rest for 1/2 hr.
Heat oil in kadhai. Make medium size balls of the kneaded dough, take 1 plastic bag put few drops of oil on the bag and with the help of your palm flatten the dough in round shape, don't make it very thin. Fry it golden.
