Bounty Chocolates

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    FOR INSIDE STUFFING:

    • 6 tbsp milk powder
    • 5 tbsp sugar (powdered)
    • 16 tbsp dessicated coconut
    • 5 tbsp milk to prepare dough

    FOR OUTER COATING:

    • 16 tbsp sugar (powdered)
    • 8 tbsp milk powder
    • 2 tbsp cocoa
    • 3 tbsp drinking chocolate
    • 5 tbsp milk to prepare dough

     

    Directions

    1. Mix well all the ingredients of inside stuffing and prepare its dough (you can add milk as required. the dough must not be too soft.. it must be easy to roll and shape them)
    2. Now make small balls from the dough prepared.
    3. then, Mix well all the ingredients of outer coating and prepare its dough (you can add milk as required. the dough must not be too soft.. it must be easy to roll and shape them)
    4. take a tea spoon full amount of chocolate coating(the one you prepared in step no.3) in your palm, flatten it and keep on it one ball of the inside stuffing(the ones you made in step no.2) on it. Then cover the chocolate coating over it.
    5. Repeat this step for all the inside coating balls and your BOUNTIES are ready.
    6. keep it in the refrigerator for about an hour or two for cooling them and making a bit hard.
