nice snacky taste. good with tea very soft.
Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
300 gm All purpose flour(maida)
1 tsp turmeric powder(haldi)
salt as to taste
1 tbsp cumin seeds
10-12 mint leaves chopped
1 tsp coriander seds
2 tsp ajwain seeds
2 tsp seesame seeds(til)
2 tsp green chilli paste
oil 1/2 cup+ frying(as per requirment)
water as per requirment
Directions
take a maida add salt, haldi,cumin, coriander,ajwain and sesame seeds.
add green chilli paste and chopped mint leaves
pour 1/2 cup oil mix well with help of water make doe.
make round shape thin puri
At last fry puri
serve with tea.
Also store in air tite jar.
