Mint haldi puri

nice snacky taste. good with tea very soft.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 300 gm All purpose flour(maida)
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder(haldi)
    • salt as to taste
    • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
    • 10-12 mint leaves chopped
    • 1 tsp coriander seds
    • 2 tsp ajwain seeds
    • 2 tsp seesame seeds(til)
    • 2 tsp green chilli paste
    • oil 1/2 cup+ frying(as per requirment)
    • water as per requirment

    Directions

    1. take a maida add salt, haldi,cumin, coriander,ajwain and sesame seeds.
    2. add green chilli paste and chopped mint leaves
    3. pour 1/2 cup oil mix well with help of water make doe.
    4. make round shape thin puri
    5. At last fry puri
    6. serve with tea.
    7. Also store in air tite jar.
