Easy Vermicelli

easy and yum, doesn't need much of ingredients....

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 cups vermicelli
    • 7 tbsp oil
    • 1½ onions (chopped)
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 2½ tsp chilli powder
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 1½ tomatoes (made into paste)
    • 1½ tbsp curd

    Directions

    1. Boil vermicelli in water and a pinch of salt and keep aside.
    2. In a wok, heat oil, add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
    3. Now add the curd, chilli powder, salt, tomato paste and mix well.
    4. Cover cook for 10-15 minutes.
    5. Now add the boiled vermicelli and mix well.
    6. Serve hot with pickle...!!
