Liver Pepper Masala ( Fry)

Chicken Liver fried with pepper powder and spices

This liver pepper fry is done with less oil and in 10 mins time.very tasty dish to try at home.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 400 gm chicken liver -cleaned well
    • 2 big onions -chopped
    • 1 tsp chilli powder
    • 1 tbsp freshly ground pepper powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 2 tsp refined oil
    • 2 tsp lemon juice
    • few curry leaves and coriander leaves

    Directions

    1. Take a pressure pan and heat oil,saute chopped onion and curry leaves.
    2. Mix all the other ingredients and add this to the pressure pan.Stir this for a min.
    3. Close the lid and pressure-cook with whistle for 6-7 mins or upto 1 whistle.Turn off the flame.
    4. After 10 mins open the pan lid and saute till masala runs dry.
    5. Serve this with rice,indian breads,idli etc,.
