Very healthy recipe.
Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
1/2 kg wheat flour
1 tsp sugar
1 packet fresh cream
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup white sesame seeds
6 green cardamom
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups ghee
almond and pistachio as required
Directions
Grind almonds and walnuts. roasted sesame seeds till light brown.
Grind cardamom pods with a teaspoon of sugar.
Heat oil in a pan, and add cardamom sugar mixture and wheat and fry well.
Now add almonds, pistachios and fresh cream, and cook for five minutes.
Remove from heat. When the mixture cools a little, add the remaining suger and mix well.
Shape the mixture into small balls. Top with roasted sesame seeds and serve.
