Very healthy recipe.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1/2 kg wheat flour
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 packet fresh cream
    • 1/2 cup walnuts
    • 1 cup white sesame seeds
    • 6 green cardamom
    • 1 1/2 cup sugar
    • 2 cups ghee
    • almond and pistachio as required


    1. Grind almonds and walnuts. roasted sesame seeds till light brown.
    2. Grind cardamom pods with a teaspoon of sugar.
    3. Heat oil in a pan, and add cardamom sugar mixture and wheat and fry well.
    4. Now add almonds, pistachios and fresh cream, and cook for five minutes.
    5. Remove from heat. When the mixture cools a little, add the remaining suger and mix well.
    6. Shape the mixture into small balls. Top with roasted sesame seeds and serve.
