Bhindi Masala

Bhindi pieces cooked with Spices

best taken with idli,dosa,chapathis,rice or curd rice.Try at home and enjoy!.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 200 gm ladies finger or bhindi- cut,wash and wipe dry
    • 1 big onion - sliced
    • 2 tbsp ground masala (3 red chillies,2 tsp coriander seeds,2 tbsp grated coconut and 10 cashew nuts)
    • 1/2 cup washed ground masala water
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
    • 1 1/2 tsp salt
    • few curry leaves
    • few coriander leaves
    • 2 tsp refined oil


    1. Take a microwave bowl and mix all the ingredients well and microwave this on high for 12 mins.
    2. Take the bowl out after 5 mins.
    3. Serve this hot with rice and rasam or curd rice or with chapathis.
