Stir fried Mushrooms with garlic

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 3 tbsp oil
    • 2 tsp crushed garlic
    • 2 cans drained Mushrooms.
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp black pepper.
    • 1 tsp fresh chopped red chili (opt) 

    Directions

    1. In a wok heat the oil & fry the garlic until golden.
    2. Add the chili if you like it spicy
    3. Then add the mushrooms & season with salt & pepper
    4. Fry until the Mushroom changes it's color .
    5. Remove from heat & serve with steaks, grilled chicken or bread.
