Quick and easy breakfast item or tea time snack which your children can prepare for u with out much effort while u enjoy a nice chat with ur hubby.For best result serve hot.
Ingredients
non vegetarian 6 servings
8-10 slices of brown bread
3 slices of cheese
2 tbsp chocolate spread
4 whipped eggs
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter for each toast.
4 tbsp honey
2 tsp slivered almonds
1 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp whipped or fresh cream
Directions
Beat the eggs with powdered sugar, milk and vanilla
Take pairs of bread, apply sliced cheese in 3 pairs and chocolate spread in the other 2 pair.
Cut from the centre and dip it in the eggs.
Heat a pan and put 1 tsp butter to fry one side then another tsp for the other side and fry till golden do this until you are done with all the pairs.
Remove to an absorbent kitchen towel.
Set on your serving plate and drizzle with honey, powdered sugar and almonds and some whipped cream on the side.
Serve hot and enjoy the melted cheeses and chocolate.
