you always think that how the tasty cream which is used in burger and shawarmas are made.. i have the reciepe for you which tastes exactly like burgers cream which you eat in hotels...

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • Fresh cream 1 cup
    • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    • Hung yogurt 1/4 cup
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Beat the cream until thick.
    2. Add the lemon juice and hung yogurt and mix well.
    3. Season with salt, mix well and serve.

    I don't know what is fresh cream.What it is made up of or how could I make it at home.

    thanks for ur feedback my frndz.for hung yoghurt hang the yoghurt in a muslin cloth for 2-3 hours till all the water comes out from it,happy cooking.
