Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 3 pcs Chicken breast (boiled )
    • 2 Potatoes ( cut into round thin slices and boil)
    • 2 Onions, sliced
    • 1 Capsicum
    • 2 cloves of Garlic
    • 1 Tomato
    • 2 tbsp Pepper powder
    • Black olives-few
    • Parmesancheese
    • 2 tbsp Olive oil
    • 2 tbsp All purpose flour
    • Milk, as needed
    • Butter
    • Salt, to taste

    Directions

    1.  First heat milk , when its about to boil slightly add all purpose flour and keep stirring,  simmer it and add few spoons of Parmesan  cheese. Then in another pan pour olive oil, add onions sliced, sauté it.
    2. Then add capsicum sliced,  into it next addd tomatoes sliced, add garlic crushed.
    3. Into this add the chicken (crush with your hands the boiled chicken breast).
    4. Add pepper powder
    5. Sauté for few minutes
    6. Take a pudding dish , butter it, then put the chicken mixture in it, on top of it layer the potato pieces, finally add the milk mixture on it
    7. Garnish few olives and tomatoes on top
    8. Preheat microwave for 180°c and bake for 25min.
    9. Serve it hot with sprinkled parmesan cheese
