Veg cuttlet (variation)

Beautiful looks and delicious vegetarion cuttlet.

This snake can be served with tea.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • Boiled potatoes-250gm,
    • Sheeled peas-1/2 cup,
    • Fresh annar [sheeled]-2 tea spoon,
    • Carrot[grated]- 1 no.,
    • Boiled beetroot[grated]- 1 no.,
    • Onion[chooped]- 2 tea spoon,
    • Corriender leaves[chooped]-1 tea spoon,
    • Green chillies-2 no.,
    • Ginger -a small piece,
    • Bread slice-4 piece,
    • Sooji- 2 table spoon,
    • Salt 1 tea spoon,
    • Chat masala-1/2 tea spoon,
    • Garam masala-1/4 tea spoon,
    • Red chilly powder-1/4 tea spoon,


    1. Peel and mash potato along with the bread slice and keep aside.
    2. Grind the peas along with the green chilies and ginger.
    3. Mix ground peas,grated carrot, grated beetroot and sheeled annar with mashed potatoes.
    4. Above all masala such as salt,garam masala,chat masala,red chilly poweder in above mixture.
    5. Devide the mixture into equal parts and shape them cuttlet.
    6. Cover the cuttlet with the sooji.
    7. Deep fry in the heated oil in a pen / kadahi.
    8. Serve with green chateney or tomato sauce.
