my mom used to make this so well....and am sure u would also like to try making this for a lunch.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 6 eggs boiled
    • 1 onion
    • 1 tsp jeera
    • 1 tsp methi seeds
    • 2 tsps dhaniya
    • 2 tomatoes
    • 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
    • 2 tsp red chilli powdr
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tsp mustard seeds
    • Curry leaves
    • 2 slit green chillies
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Fry onions with jeera, methi, and dhaniya and grind to paste.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai,splutter mustard seeds,fry green chillies, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and add tomatoes.f
    3. Fry well adding red chilli pwdr,turmeric and salt.
    4. Keep frying well and add the boiled eggs also and fry for few more minutes
    5. Now add the ground masala and the imli paste.stir in well and fry till oil seperates.
    6. Add water if the masala is too thick and boil for 10 mins.
    7. Serve hot with rice.
