Chitti Vada

A tasty, crispy and healthy snack

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 1 cup whole bengal gram
    • Oil for deep fry
    • 2 green chillies
    • 2 red chillies
    • little corriander leaves
    • little saunf
    • few curry leaves
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Soak the whole bengal gram overnight. (for 12 to 14 hours)
    2. Drain off the water and grind all the above mentioned ingredients alongwith whole bengal gram.
    3. Make small vadas and deep fry.
    4. Serve hot alongwith tomato sauce/ketchup.
