Spicy Mint Noodles

Mint flavored fusion noodles

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

    2-cup noodles (Boiled) 1 piece chicken 10-12 Shrimps ¼ cup Onion (slice) ¼ cup Carrots (julienne) ¼ cup Capsicum (julienne) ¼ cup Bean sprouts ¼ cup cabbage (julienne) 1 tsp Ginger ¼ cup Mint (optional) 1 tbsp Madras curry powder 1 tsp Vinegar a pinch of MSG 1 tsp hot chili oil 1 no. Egg 1 tbsp spring onion 3 tbsp Vegetable oil Salt to taste


    1. Heat oil in a wok and add onions, carrots, and green bell pepper. Toss them in high heat for 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
    2. Add 1 tbsp. of oil and sauté ginger and chicken; stir them for about 2-3 minutes, then add shrimp and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add madras curry powder, noodles, tomato ketchup (2 tbsp), green chili sauce (1 tbsp), MSG, vinegar and mint.
    3. Once everything is mixed well, add cabbage, bean sprouts and mix them well.
    4. Cook eggs in a shallow pan and cut in julienne strips.
    5. Garnish with these egg strips and chopped spring onions.
