Mix flour and water in a bowl. Use as much water as needed while kneading to get soft dough. Set aside for 20 minutes.
Divide into 8 balls.
Roll them very thin into 8" x 8" square (with help of oil or flour).
Beat eggs, add salt and pepper and set aside
Heat a griddle and lay the wrap on top of it. As the wrap changes its color, turn it over quickly and spread about ½ beaten egg on top of the bread. Add a spoon of oil over and on sides. The egg should start solidifying at this point; carefully turn it over again. Reduce heat.
Remove the wrap from the griddle on to a work area egg side up.
Add some onions slices, Kababs, tomato ketchup and green chili sauce on top and in a line. Fold from the corners into a roll.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
Garnish with sliced cabbage, tomato and baby carrot.
