Baked Paneer

Baked Cottage Cheese

Goes very well with drinks and is vegetarian

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • ¼ KG. PANEER
    • 1½ cup Curd (Yogurt)
    • 1 tbsp Ginger (crushed)
    • ½ tsp Garam Masala
    • 2 large Capsicum (Bell Peppers)
    • ¼ tsp. Black Pepper
    • ¼ tsp. Red Chili Powder
    • 1 tsp Vinegar
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Cut paneer into 1" cubes. in a bowl mix curd with all the masala. add paneer to masala. dip the paneer well into masala and leave it for 2-3 hours.
    2. Cut capsicum into very small pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes.
    3. Then mix capsicums with paneer masala and place in a greased baking tray and toast for 15-20 minutes or till done.
    4. Serve with lunch or dinner as a starter.
