- Pressure cook vegetables and keep asid
- Heat oil in a pan add add onions, when onion gets brown add ginger garlic paste, salt and masalas
- Add coconut and fry in low flame till coconut turns brown.
- Let this mixture cool down, make a paste of this in grinder.
- Heat pan add vegetables and this coconut paste and cook for 2 mins, till the vegetables absorb the masala
- Lower the flame and add coconut milk, cook till it comes to boil.
Serve at room temperature
