Peas & Panner Pulav

Easy and delicious dish..

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 3 cups of basamati rice
    • 1 bowl Boiled green peas
    • 50-100 g Panner cubes
    • 3 onions (medium size)
    • 1 Tomato (small)
    • Ginger Garlic paste
    • 3-4 Green chillies
    • Coriander leaves
    • Ghee or sunflower oil 
    • Turmeric powder
    • Garam masala powder
    • Kitchen king powder
    • Salt

    Directions

    1. Soak the basamati rice for 10 min and then cook it and keep aside.
    2. Now in a pan add ghee/oil, add ginger garlic paste on a low flame.
    3. Add cut onions and fry till golden brown. Now add cut tomato and continue stirring till the tomato is cooked.
    4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, kitchen king as per required.
    5. Now add Panner cubes and the boiled peas to it.
    6. Once the panner is cooked, add the cooked rice to it.
    7. Add salt to it as required.
    8. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.
    9. Hot n ready to eat.
