These fried Kebabs can be cooked in no time.
1 kg minced meat
1 tsp ground pepper
3 medium sized onions
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp oil
1 cup vinegar
Cut onions, fry and keep aside.
Heat oil and cook minced meat.
Add salt and cook on low heat for 35 minutes.
Add ground pepper, fried onions (crushed ) ground almonds and roasted grounded sesame seeds to minced meat .
Add 1 cup vinegar and mix well on low heat. Keep aside to cool .
Shape into kebabs with halved boiled eggs as fillings .
Dip in beaten egg, coat with breadcrumbs and fry
Serve with a garnish of coleslaw .
