Directions
- Mix all the ingredients (except grinded sugar and oil) and bind into soft dough using water.
- Make 6 balls out of the dough and roll each ball into thick round, cut with a big round cookie cutter, and make a small hole in the centre using the small cutter.
- Finish all the dough that way and fry in hot oil on medium heat till golden brown.
- Keep aside to cool.
- Take grinded sugar in a plate roll each doughnut in the sugar ,so that the whole doughnut is covered with sugar.
ALTERNATIVELY:
You can mix cinnamon powder with sugar and cover the doughnut with it.
