Prawn Qorma

Very very tasty

North indian styled Prawn Qorma

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 500 gm Prawns
    • 1 cup fried onion paste
    • 1 ½ cup ginger-garlic paste
    • ½ tsp red chilly
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1 cup curd
    • 1 tbsp coriender powder
    • Little chopped coriander leaves
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder
    • 2 tsp kaju paste
    • 1 green chilly chopped
    • 2 tbsp oil
    • Salt to taste


    1. Marinate prawns with curd, salt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, haldi for 15 mins.
    2. Heat oil in pan, put fried onion paste and coriender powder and fry for 2 minutes.
    3. Add kaju paste and fry for a minute.
    4. Add prawn with marinade and fry well.
    5. Add a little water if you want little more curry.
    6. Adjust salt to your taste.
    7. Cook for 7-8 minutes.
    8. Garnish with chopped coriender and chopped green chilly.
