Fish in Garlic Butter Sauce

Mildly flavoured with garlic

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 500 gm fish fillet
    • 1tbsp chopped garlic
    • 1 tsp crushed black pepper corns
    • 1 cup finely chopped spring onion
    • 100 gm butter
    • cornflour



    1. Apply some salt on fish and keep it aside for some time.
    2. Wash fish fillet with water and pat dry.
    3. In a pan heat butter and put chopped garlic, fry it well.
    4. Now onions and fry till onions become soggy.
    5. Add fish then fry gently for a minute.
    6. Add water and salt and cook it for 5 minutes.
    7. Add pepper amd mix.
    8. To thicken the sauce add little corn flour mix with water.
