Cauliflower and Egg curry

Unique curry with unconventional combination of cauliflower and eggs

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 cups cauliflower florets
    • 1 tsp jeera.
    • 2 tsps pepper powder.
    • 1 tbsp oil and 1/2 tbsp ghee.
    • 3 green chillies (cut into big pieces).
    • Salt.
    • 3 eggs.
    • 1 potato (cut into small pieces)
    • 1 onion(chopped)

    Directions

    1. Wash cauliflower, heat fat add jeera,and onion ,saute.
    2. When translucent, add chillies ,potatoes and salt,reduce heat and cover it cook for 5 mins, add cauliflower, and cook  till potatoes and cauliflower soft.
    3. Beat eggs with pepper, add to this vegetables and braise on medium heat ,stirring all the time, till eggs well cooked (it wll look like scramble eggs).
    4. Serve ht with rotis or bread.
