Fish Pakoras

Fritters of fish

Goes well with tamarind chutney .

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings

    • 2 cups steamed and flaked boneless fish
    • chilli powder and salt as per taste
    • corinder leaves 1 tbsp chopped
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbsp cornflour
    • oil for deep frying


    1. Mix salt , chilli powder ,coriander leaves and lemon juice in fish flakes .
    2. Beat egg yolks and cornflour till smooth, bear eggwhites till stiff and fold into yolk mixture .
    3. Add fish flakes in the egg batter.
    4. Heat oil and drop spoonfuls of this mixture and fry till crisp and golden .



    it is really goes well with a cup of coffee.
