Mahi Kebab

Deep fried Fish kebab

If you love fish, this kebab is unique and has a delightful taste, and easy to prepare.

Ingredients non vegetarian 20 servings

    • 1 kg boneless fish
    • 1 big onion
    • 1 bunch coriander leaves
    • 1 bunch mint leaves
    • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp coarsely grounded cumin seeds
    • 1 tbsp gramflour
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 egg
    • oil for frying
    • breadcrumbs
    • maida


    1. Mince fish with coriander and mint leaves, add ginger garlic paste.
    2. Now add cumin seeds (freshly grounded ) paprika and salt .
    3. After mixing all the ingredients shape into kebabs.
    4. Now dust them first with flour (maida) then dip in the lightly beaten egg and then over breadcrumbs and deep fry.
    5. Goes well with chilli garlic sauce.

    the recipe is nice n easy....but u havent really mentioned anything abt the onion....????
