Haray bharay kababs

No meat kababs

Different and tasty kababs . . .

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup Peas boiled
    • 1 big Potato boiled
    • 1 spring onion finely chopped
    • 1/2 tsp green chilly paste
    • 2 eggs
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
    • 1/4 cup fresh coriander chopped

    Directions

    1. Mash boiled peas and potato together
    2. Add green chilly, spring onion, coriander, salt and black pepper all in the mix.
    3. Mix them well and make medium size kababs
    4. add 1 tbsp oil in a non sticky pan
    5. Dip kababs in beated egg and fry them at medium flame
    6. Cook from both sides till golden
    7. Serve as tea snack or eat with chapati and raita

    You can roll these kababs over fine semolina(suji) and fry.It's more crispier and pure veg dish.

    hi,shdn't the hara kabab be a little more hara why not add a little bit of palak puree and alittle paneer to it makes it more healthier,try this addition out.

    Instead of egg you can simply roll kababs in bread crumbs and then deep fry.

    this is good and quick,easy receipe but any subtitute for egg? otherwise this is good receipe.
