Goes well with stir fry vegetables , french fries and garlic sauce .
8 fillets of fish
juice of one medium lemon
salt and pepper for seasoning
Marinate the fillets for 25 minutes with lemon juice and season according to taste with salt and pepper .
Now fold the fillet in the flour one by one , then in the egg and then in cornflour or breadcrumbs .
Now shallow fry on medium heat till golden and crisp .
Serve immediately .
