Fried Fish With Lemon

Goes well with stir fry vegetables , french fries and garlic sauce .

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 8 fillets of fish
    • juice of one medium lemon
    • salt and pepper for seasoning
    • 1 egg
    • flour
    • breadcrumbs
    • cornflour

     

    Directions

    1. Marinate the fillets for 25 minutes with lemon juice and season according to taste with salt and pepper .
    2. Now fold the fillet in the flour one by one , then in the egg and then in cornflour or breadcrumbs .
    3. Now shallow fry on medium heat till golden and crisp .
    4. Serve immediately .
