1 kg chicken
700 gms Onions
100 gms red chilly whole
250 gms curds
2 gms whole garam masala
75 gms ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
oil for frying
salt to taste
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste and keep aside.
Finely slice onion and deep fry and drain.
Boil the red chilli and make the paste of chilli and onion.
Heat oil and add whole garam masala let it crackle.
Lower the heat and add beaten curds and keep stirring, once the oil separates, add onion paste and fry till the oil leaves the masala,
In a separate pan, heat some oil and saute the chicken.
Add to the gravy and cook till the chicken is done.
Now add gara masala powder, mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
