very easy to make snack
Ingredients
vegetarian
2 servings
2 cups maida
1 cup curd (beaten)
2 onion chopped
curry leaves generously
4-5 green chillies de seeded
1/2 cup fresh coconut grated
a pinch baking soda
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Directions
Make a thick paste of maida and curd without using water.
Now add all the ingredients in it except onions.
Keep aside for 5-6 hrs.
Add onions mix well.
Deep fry and serve hot with chutney
