very easy to make snack

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 cups maida
    • 1 cup curd (beaten)
    • 2 onion chopped
    • curry leaves generously
    • 4-5 green chillies de seeded
    • 1/2 cup fresh coconut grated
    • a pinch baking soda
    • salt to taste
    • oil for deep frying  

     

    Directions

    1. Make a thick paste of maida and curd without using water.
    2. Now add all the ingredients in it except onions. 
    3. Keep aside for 5-6 hrs.
    4. Add onions mix well.
    5. Deep fry and serve hot with chutney
