Khada gosht

Easy to cook good to eat,

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 250 gms bonless lamb meat
    • 1 tsp dhania seeds
    • 2 onions finely sliced
    • ½ tsp peppercorn
    • 4-5 dry red chillies
    • ½ tsp red chilli pwd.
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric pwd.
    • ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
    • 2 tomatoes cut into small pieces
    • ½ cup curd
    • oil

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, dhania seeds, dry red chilli and fry till golden brown.
    2. Simmer and add ginger garlic, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt, meat and curd. Add a little water
    3. Cook covered till tender.
    4. Then add tomatoes and cook till oil floats on top.
    5. Serve with naan.
